王瑶,指示,博士生导师,山东大学超过中后生学者,获山东省超过后生科学基金、国度优秀后生科学基金。2006年6月获兰州大学化学专科理学学士学位,2012年6月获兰州大学有机化学专科理学博士学位(导师:许鹏飞指示)。2011年1月起优博筹画留任兰州大学功能有机分子化学国度要点现实室从事科研使命,在洪堡科研奖学金的撑抓下,2013年1月起在德国马普分子生理学连络所从事博士后连络(Hosts: Herbert Waldmann & Kamal Kumar),2015年9月于今,在山东大学化学与化工学院从事训导科研使命,现在担任中国化学会超分子化学专科委员会委员。

2. 弱互相作用在功能材料合成中的诈欺

王瑶课题组聚焦于非经典弱互相作用催化,是海外上该领域的主要连络团队之一,主要连络限度包括:(1) 发展了普适性硫键与碳键催化剂,并阐释了其作用机制;(2)建议并发展了硫属元素互相作用催化 (chalcogen-chalcogen bonding catalysis,原始文件:JACS,2019,141,9175)以及硫属元素和π体系弱作用催化模式(chalcogen···π bonding catalysis,原始文件:ACIE,2021, 60, 9395),发展了系列新反映,贬责了反映性与遴荐性问题,讲明了硫键催化的独到性;(3)建议并考据了碳键催化模式(carbon-bonding catalysis,原始文件:ACIE, 2021, 60, 22717),建立了碳键金属催化计谋(carbon-bonding metal catalysis, CBMC,原始文件:JACS, 2023, 145, 21554),讲明了碳键作用不错调控反映性与遴荐性,这些连络限度拓展了弱作用的才略规模和连络规模。
